Dnmcs Teams helps a founding team understand how they work together. It is not a hiring screen, not a clinical instrument, and not therapy. Derived artifacts — Working With Me cards, pair reports, and a team map — are the product. Raw assessment answers are not shown to teammates, organization admins, or coaches.
We collect the email you use to sign in, the name and role you provide, assessment responses the server requests, consent records (version, time, audience, and scope), and operational data needed to run the service (device, IP, pages). We do not invent usage statistics about you.
You must agree on a dedicated consent screen before any assessment item. If the audience or scope later widens — for example, adding a coach — you will be asked to consent again. You can review consent from Settings.
Raw answers stay private. After you consent, named teammates and the organization admin can see derived artifacts. An optional coach sees those artifacts only if you include that audience. We do not sell assessment responses.
Scores and derived text may be generated on our servers and, where needed, by an AI processor using aggregated scores and labels — not raw item answers. Processors are instructed not to train on your data.
We keep data while the organization is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion at privacy@dnmcs.ai. Account deletion is completed within 30 days except where law requires retention.
