By accessing or using Dnmcs ("the Service"), operated by Dnmcs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dnmcs is a decision intelligence platform that provides psychological assessments, decision profiles, AI-powered decision analysis, and team collaboration tools. The Service is designed for informational and self-awareness purposes and does not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Dnmcs, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (e) use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others; (f) share your account credentials with third parties.
Dnmcs offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate decision analyses, profiles, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of Dnmcs Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your assessment responses and personal data remain yours, subject to the license granted herein.
By submitting assessment responses and other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell your individual responses to third parties.
If you create or join a team, certain profile information (including your name, role, assessment status, and generated team profiles) will be visible to other team members. Team administrators can invite members and manage team settings. By joining a team, you consent to sharing this information with other team members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dnmcs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any AI-generated content or recommendations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dnmcs is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
